Accepted Payment Modes
At Icestone Ceramica, we accept multiple payment methods for both online and offline orders, including:

- Bank Transfer / Bank UPI
- Cheque & Demand Draft (DD)
For cheque or demand draft payments, orders will be processed only after the payment has been successfully cleared and confirmed by our accounts team.
Please note that order confirmation is subject to successful payment verification.

Shipping Policy
Icestone Ceramica delivers products across India through trusted logistics and transportation partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, location, and transportation conditions.
Shipping Within Gujarat
Orders within Gujarat are generally delivered within 2 to 7 working days, depending on:
- Product availability
- Delivery location
- Transportation scheduling
Customers may request delivery rescheduling for up to 7 days, provided the request is made before dispatch/loading.
Pickup services are also available from our warehouse/showroom. Customers choosing site delivery are requested to arrange unloading support in advance. Additional unloading or handling charges may apply.
Pan India Shipping
For deliveries outside Gujarat, shipping may take approximately 1 to 2 weeks, depending on:
- Packaging requirements
- Transit distance
- Logistics partner availability
- Unloading arrangements
To minimize transit damage, products are packed carefully using industry-standard safety methods.
For large orders, unloading assistance, transportation coordination, or special delivery requests, customers are advised to contact our team before dispatch.
Cancellation Policy
Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged under normal circumstances.
We strongly recommend customers confirm:

- Quantity requirements
- Design & color selections
- Site readiness
before placing the final order.
Orders may be considered abandoned if:
- Delivery is refused at the destination, or
- Delivery delays occur due to unavoidable or unforeseen transportation circumstances.
