Order and Payments
How can I place an order?
Browse our products and send us an inquiry through the website, WhatsApp, or phone. Our team will assist you with product selection and pricing.
When will my order be confirmed?
Your order is confirmed after product availability, pricing, and payment details are verified by our team.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Cheque, and Demand Draft (DD).
Do I need to make payment when submitting an inquiry?
No. You can submit an inquiry without making any payment.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You can order according to your project requirements.
Can I modify my order after confirmation?
Changes may be possible before processing or dispatch. Please contact our team as soon as possible.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most Bangalore orders are delivered within 1–2 business days. Deliveries outside Bangalore generally take 3–10 business days.
What are your delivery charges?
Delivery charges vary based on product type, quantity, delivery location, and transportation requirements.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Customers can arrange pickup of confirmed orders with prior coordination.
Do you provide installation services?
No. We currently do not provide installation services.
Returns & Replacements
What if I receive damaged products?
Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours with photos or videos.
Do you offer replacements for damaged products?
Yes. Valid damage claims are reviewed by our team and eligible products may be replaced as per our Damage Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled before confirmation. Once processed, packed, manufactured, or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
Can I return products if I change my mind?
No. Returns are not accepted for change of mind. Please review product specifications carefully before confirming your order.
Are refunds available?
Icestone Ceramica follows a replacement-only policy for valid damage claims. Refunds are generally not provided unless approved by the company.
