Accepted Payment Methods
Icestone Ceramica accepts multiple payment methods, including Bank Transfer, UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Cheque, Demand Draft (DD), and other approved payment methods communicated by our sales team.
For cheque and demand draft payments, orders will be processed only after successful payment clearance and verification.
Payment Confirmation
All orders, quotations, and project requirements are subject to payment verification and confirmation. Processing, production, dispatch, or delivery timelines shall commence only after payment confirmation has been received by Icestone Ceramica.
For commercial and project-based orders, payment terms may vary according to the approved quotation, agreement, or purchase order.
Pricing
All product prices, taxes, transportation charges, and related costs are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed by our sales team before order confirmation.
Order Processing
Once an order is confirmed, our team will begin processing it based on product availability, order quantity, and project requirements. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary for customized, bulk, or project-based orders.
Bangalore Deliveries
For customers located in Bangalore, most orders are typically delivered within 1–2 business days after order confirmation, depending on product availability and transportation scheduling.
Customers within Bangalore may request delivery rescheduling for up to 7 days, provided the request is made before the shipment is dispatched.
Customers may also choose to collect their orders directly from our designated pickup location with prior coordination. We also offer delivery to residential, commercial, and project sites across Bangalore. Customers are requested to arrange unloading facilities in advance where required. Additional transportation, handling, or unloading charges may apply.
Deliveries Outside Bangalore
Delivery timelines outside Bangalore generally range from 3–10 business days, depending on the destination, product type, transportation availability, and logistics requirements.
For large orders, slabs, commercial projects, or special handling requirements, delivery timelines may vary. Our team will provide an estimated delivery schedule during order confirmation.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and transportation charges are calculated based on the order quantity, product type, weight, dimensions, delivery location, and transportation requirements.
Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated before final order confirmation.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including address details, contact information, and site location.
Icestone Ceramica shall not be responsible for delays, additional charges, or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are advised to inspect all products immediately upon delivery and before installation. Any visible shortages, damages, or delivery concerns should be reported promptly upon receipt.

Order Modifications & Cancellations
Customers are advised to carefully review product specifications, quantities, sizes, colors, finishes, and project requirements before confirming an order.
Once an order has been confirmed, processed, packed, manufactured, or dispatched, it may not be eligible for modification, cancellation, or refund unless otherwise approved by Icestone Ceramica.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Icestone Ceramica shall not be liable for delays caused by transportation disruptions, weather conditions, labor shortages, government restrictions, supplier delays, natural disasters, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
